  The "Notice" shows that in order to further improve the work of various professional football clubs to solve the problem of wage arrears, the Chinese Football Association announced on July 7, 2022, "The Chinese Football Association's Concerns on Further Improving the 2022 Season "Supplementary Notice on the Implementation of Relevant Policies for Professional Leagues at the Second Level", again emphasizing that all professional football clubs should accurately understand the policies and regulations, strictly implement the requirements of the plan, carefully sort out the historical wage arrears, and report the progress of the settlement of wage arrears.

  After the release of the above-mentioned documents, most professional football clubs have completed the requirement to settle at least 70% of wage arrears in the second stage.

According to the relevant requirements of the Chinese Football Association's Football Zi [2022] No. 121 "Notice of the Chinese Football Association on the work related to the 2022 Chinese Super League, Chinese League One, and Chinese League Two" published by the Chinese Football Association on April 2, 2022, all professional football clubs All historical wage arrears should be resolved by December 31, 2022.

  The "Notice" requires that the authorized person of each professional football club to solve the wage arrears work submit the latest repayment certificate to the contact person of this notice before January 6, 2023.

The Chinese Football Association will carefully review the relevant materials submitted by professional football clubs.

  For professional football clubs that fail to implement the above requirements, the Chinese Football Association will follow the relevant penalties in the "Notice of the Chinese Football Association on Work Related to the 2022 Chinese Super League, Chinese League One, and Chinese League Two" in Football Zi [2022] No. 121, to process.
