There have already been a lot of questions about the World Cup, including at this point.

It was about the weather, home countries and souvenirs.

There was an answer to most of them - of course not to the ones after the Christmas presents, they should remain a surprise.

But we still don't know how this World Cup will end, even after weeks of research on site in Qatar.

At least we've narrowed down the answer to the most important of all World Cup questions: Argentina or France.

France or Argentina.

How you twist and turn them must be the answer, we're pretty sure of that by now.

A 50:50 joker would help immensely, but that's only on TV.

In the final phase of this World Cup, however, there is one more question that more and more reporters in Doha are asking: Where do I sleep?

The "best World Cup ever" (individual opinion Gianni Infantino) is actually the "most tiring World Cup ever" (majority opinion).

Up to four games a day with long stoppage times, especially with kick-off times at 10 p.m. local time, are exhausting.

The need for sleep increases hour by hour.

Rest is a dream.

The usual rhythm with day (awake) and night (not awake) left us after the preliminary round, like the German team after their tired performance.

And so everyone answers the question of where they sleep more and more spontaneously without waiting for their arrival in their own bed in the accommodation.

A selection of observations through your own little slit: sofa in the hotel lobby, bench in the subway, wall in front of the museum, meadow in front of the stadium or seat in the press box.

Close your eyes and through the World Cup!

But please don't oversleep!

The most important question will be answered on Sunday.

Did we hear.

Or just a dream?
