A shoulder injury has kept Linn Svahn out for 607 days.

Last weekend, she made a comeback at a national competition in Idre - and was victorious in the sprint.

This weekend she was offered a place in the World Cup in Davos, but chose to decline the offer.

Instead, she competed in the sprint in Östersund and after the competition she was able to announce her comeback in the World Cup.

- I think it will be at the end of January there.

There is a lot of training to be done before then, she says in Expressen.

"Was this what I wanted"

Today's competition ended in a third place for Svahn, where Jonna Sundling took the victory.

Although she had to drop two riders in front of her, the sprint specialist was satisfied with the competition.

- It has been a fun day.

This is what I wanted today, four hard races.

It started already in the quarter and then it just went on all day, she says after the end of the race.
