Developments in the spread of the camel virus in the "roosters" .. The French Football Association clarifies its position on the final

The French Football Federation clarified the latest developments in the spread of the camel virus in the ranks of the first football team, before the upcoming confrontation against Argentina, Sunday, in the 2022 World Cup final.

The Federation stated that midfielder Adrien Rabiot and defender Daewoo Upamecano returned to the French national team's training, three days before the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup final against Argentina, while Kingsley Coman was absent due to a "slight virus," according to what the French Federation announced.

The federation said that Koeman, the Bayern Munich striker, “remained in the hotel as a precautionary measure,” but “his condition does not raise concerns about Sunday’s final.”

After missing the semi-final against Morocco on Wednesday (2-0) due to injury, Rabiot returned to training during the session that was held behind closed doors at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium, the "Roosters" training center in Doha.

Upamecano, who remained on the bench on Wednesday and was replaced by Ibrahima Konate, was also present in the training.

Coach Didier Deschamps said that the player had an "intensive" session alongside the substitutes for the match against Morocco, noting that he missed training on Monday and Tuesday and had "three difficult days," according to Deschamps.

As for the players who were key against Morocco, they played a light session.

In the face of the virus that infected the team a few days ago and which, according to Deschamps, was caused by "low temperatures" in Qatar or even by "air conditioners", the team confirmed that it had taken health precautions.

The coach explained that the friction between Upamecano, Rabiot and the rest of the group was limited before the semi-finals.
