Jakob Ingebrigtsen is one of the world's best runners.

He is 22 years old and has already won both the EC, WC and Olympic gold.

The Norwegian won gold in this summer's 5,000 meters at the WC in Eugene and silver in the 1,500-meter final.

At the EC final of 5,000 meters in Munich this summer, it was gold for Ingebrigtsen - in the same race, Andreas Almgren, 27, took fourth place, after struggling with injuries for several seasons.

- I've known Andreas for many years now and it's fun that he's got the hang of it now, says Ingebrigtsen and continues:

- It's nice to see that if you do everything you can, you can become a good runner.

The mockery: "Now he looks old"

When SVT Sport shows a picture of Almgren to the Norwegian running star, he reacts quickly.

- He looked very old, he says and laughs.

27-year-old Almgren won bronze at the Junior World Championships in 800 meters in 2014. Nowadays he runs longer distances.

- Here you can see what happens when you do long-distance running, when he ran 800 meters he was young and healthy, but now he looks old.
