In Skellefteå's goal was, for the second game in a row, 18-year-old Alexander Hellnemo.

In his debut, there was a victory in the hot match against Luleå and in his second match he looked to be heading towards his first clean sheet in the SHL.

Skellefteå had gone up to a 2-0 lead thanks to Tom Kühnhackl - Andreas Wingerli.

In the second period, Wingerli built up a lot of momentum from his own zone and played up to his German chain mate who pushed in 1-0.

20 stood for a long time

At the start of the third period, the collaboration played out the other way around where Kühnhackl broke an LHC attack in the middle zone, got into the offensive zone and spun a pass in front of the goal that Wingerli dotted down.

2-0 stood for a long time and Linköping picked the goalkeeper to catch up.

With just over a minute left, they and young Hellnemo in the goal had to capitulate when Ty Rattie pushed a rebound into an open goal.

But it didn't take long before Andreas Wingerli put 3-1 into an empty Linköping cage and closed the match.

There was no clean sheet, but Hellnemo had a good game with 32 saves.

With that, Skellefteå took their tenth straight victory in the SHL.
