Uruguay won 2-0 in Group H Ghana vs. Uruguay in the first round of the World Cup Qatar tournament.

After three matches, Uruguay tied with South Korea on 4 points, but due to the difference in total points, Uruguay finished 3rd and did not advance to the knockout stages.

The match between 2nd place Ghana and 4th place Uruguay in Group H was held at Al-Janoub Stadium near Doha, the capital of Qatar, from midnight on the 3rd of Japan time.
