Villa had slightly more clear chances, among other things Christoffer Edlund missed a penalty, but Edsbyn stood up well in the summit meeting between first Villa and third Edsbyn.
Villa took the lead when Martin Johansson, as the last shooter, slotted in a right-hand corner for 3-2 with ten minutes remaining but just a minute later Vadim Arkhipkin equalized for Edsbyn by making it 3-3 just a minute later when he got the situation just in front of the goal.
