Until the early hours of dawn, journalists are waiting in the mixed area of the Lusail World Cup stadium, Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo.

Journalists ask, whisper, and search for any information or answer to the many questions they asked: Will Ronaldo come?

Will he answer our questions?

Does he speak only Portuguese or English too?

Suddenly there was commotion in the mixed zone, and news came like a thunderbolt to those in it, “Ronaldo will not come to the mixed zone to meet the journalists,” and he went to the bus directly from a back door.

The news was frustrating for all journalists, even for the journalist in a local Portuguese newspaper, Joao Morientes, who told Al-Jazeera Net, "It is supposed to come because we are in the World Cup, and the team won the match and qualified for the second round, and he is the captain of the team."

He added, "An easy comparison between two stars and two leaders: it appears that Messi insists on leaving the mixed zone and stops more than once to talk to journalists. It is true that he only speaks the language of his country, but he faced the journalists after losing to Saudi Arabia and winning against Mexico."

But it seems that Ronaldo does not care about the feelings of journalists, or even the fans who are waiting for his words and opinion, as he prefers to focus on the rights of the images that bring him tens of millions, and he does not want anyone to take a picture of him, or take a permit from him, because everything he has in return.

The beginning of (the show) - or what is called "the show" - is in the warm-up before the start of the match, from the moment he entered the stadium, he ran left and right to greet the fans, and his eyes were always on the camera that recorded every movement or gesture of him.

And the climax of the show was in a picture that was reported by the media and agencies to the world, as he washed his face and drank in front of dozens of journalists.

And even when the match started, he always insisted on being the focus of coverage with his movements and reactions, which - through our observations - are often deliberate.

And until it came to him to celebrate a goal he did not score, and replays showed that he did not touch the ball with his head, and FIFA awarded the goal to his colleague Bruno Fernandez (man of the match).

And he didn't even perform his famous "Soo" celebration, even though the stadium was completely full because - apparently - he knew in his heart that he didn't touch the ball.

Even the company "Adidas" - the giant of the sportswear industry that manufactured the "journey" ball for the World Cup in Qatar - confirmed that Ronaldo did not touch the ball;

Because it includes a sensor linked to advanced technology that detects the last player who touched the ball before hitting the net.

And the matter did not end here, rather, after the match, he went to FIFA officials to confirm that he had touched the ball, and that the goal should be scored in his name, while his colleagues insist that the identity of the goal scorer is not important, and the most important thing is the team and the national team.
