World Cup 2022: "He smells of football", Wendie Renard dithyrambic on Antoine Griezmann

The French team, reigning world champions, has already qualified for the round of 16 of the 2022 World Cup thanks to its victory on Saturday against Denmark (2-1).

A performance that the Blues owe in large part to Kylian Mbappé, author of the two French goals, but also to Antoine Griezmann, whose role proves to be invaluable in the collective game of the Tricolores.

"He knows how to orient, he plays simple"

"It's true that in recent years, it's been a bit difficult for him," continues the Olympique Lyonnais footballer, referring to the rather complicated last seasons for the 2018 world champion. However, it's a player greatly appreciated by the captain of the French women's team.
