'Monster Defender' Kim Min-jae will start the match against Ghana after recovering from a leg injury.

Kim Min-jae was named on the starting list announced an hour before the 2022 Qatar World Cup Group H second leg between Korea and Ghana.

Kim Min-jae played full-time in the first game against Uruguay despite suffering a right calf injury in the second half.

Regarding the possibility of his participation in Ghana, which he trained separately after the Uruguay match, national team coach Paulo Bento said at a press conference the day before, "Kim Min-jae does not know yet. He is recovering, and he will see the situation tomorrow (28th) and make a decision in the morning."

As in the game against Uruguay, Kim Jin-soo, Kim Min-jae, Kim Young-kwon, and Kim Moon-hwan form a four-back defense line from the left, and Kim Seung-kyu blocks the goal.

At the forefront, Cho Kyu-seong, who was substituted in the match against Uruguay, will start.

Son Heung-min overcame an orbital fracture and once again started as a left striker, and Kwon Chang-hoon was deployed as a right striker.

In the midfield, Jung Woo-young and Hwang In-beom are expected to play a more aggressive role, while Jung Woo-young will play as a defensive midfielder.

Ghana's brothers Jordan, Andre Ayu and Iñaki Williams are three-tops.

Mohamed Kudus, Salis Abdul Samed and Thomas Fati take charge of the midfield.

Gideon Mensah, Mohamed Salisu, Daniel Amati, and Tarik Lampty were deployed from left to right on the four-back defense line.

Goalkeeper gloves are worn by Lawrence Artigi.

In the first match against Portugal, Ghana used a de facto five-back tactic with the left and right wingbacks dropping deep based on a three-back, but this time they will face Korea with a four-back.
