Stopped after the national anthem: "I have spoken to him now"

Strange scenes unfolded ahead of Morocco's match against Belgium.

Yassine Bounou was ready to start in goal.

He was present during the national anthem.

But when the match started, it was the second goalkeeper Munir who stood instead.

After the match, Walid Regragui says that Bounou was withdrawn with an injury.

- He felt pain just minutes before the start of the match.

He wanted to play but I said no, says the national team captain.

"It was hard"

The substitute kept a clean sheet and Morocco won 2–0.

- It was hard.

I didn't get a warm-up, but had to stand up straight away, says Mohamed.

He continues:

- I have spoken to Bounou now and he is fine.

Morocco lead the group ahead of the final round.
