Two weekends in a row, the victory has been decided in a second battle between Ebba Andersson and Frida Karlsson.

In today's hunt start over 20 kilometers it could be something similar.

After Andersson won the 10 kilometer race in Ruka yesterday with a margin of five seconds, that is the distance at the start today.

"Sees it as valuable"

Ebba Andersson says that she sees the duels with Karlsson very positively.

Even in the Swedish premiere in Bruksvallarna, there was a difference of five seconds in Andersson's favor, then in the 15 kilometer freestyle.

- It has been two tight races.

I see it as valuable that we are able to challenge each other as we do.

This means that it is really important to be careful with your riding and how you tackle the different parts of the race.

"Very positive"

From the side of the national team management, it sounds similar regarding the top duo's duel.

But national team manager Anders Byström points out that there must be no rivalry between the skaters.

- It has existed for many years.

I think it makes them both better.

You know that if I want to be the best in the world then I have to take further steps to be better than Frida or better than Ebba in their case.

It is very positive.

Then it has to be at the right level, it must not be rivalry, more of a competitive advantage that we have two that are so strong, says Anders Byström.
