The trampoline world championship held in Sofia, Bulgaria was held on the 18th, the third day of the competition, including the men's and women's group finals, which were not held at the Olympics.



Teams were contested based on the scores of three players from each team, and the five teams that made it through the preliminaries participated in the finals.

Three Japanese women, who have won gold medals in two consecutive tournaments, participated: Risa Kiryu, Hikaru Mori, and Meku Uyama.



The first player, Kiryu, did not improve his score, and Japan won the bronze medal, failing to win the gold medal for the third consecutive tournament.



The gold medal went to China and the silver medal to Great Britain.



On the other hand, in the men's event, Takashige Nishioka, who had qualified for the semi-finals in the 2nd place in the individual qualifying, withdrew from the synchronized qualifying held on the 17th due to a worsening injury to his left knee. I participated with two players and was 5th place.



Nishioka won a silver medal in the men's individual event in his first appearance last year, and was expected to win a medal this year as well.
