The final round of the men's golf domestic tour was held in Gotemba City, Shizuoka Prefecture, where Ryo Ishikawa defeated Rikuya Hoshino in a playoff to win the tournament for the first time in three years.

It was his 18th tour win.

In the final round, 31-year-old Ishikawa, who started in 2nd place, 3 shots behind the leader, made 5 birdies, 2 bogeys, and 1 double bogey for a total of 8 under par.



26-year-old Hoshino, who also started in second place, made three birdies and two bogeys to finish 8 under par with Ishikawa.



While Hoshino scored a par on the second playoff hole, Ishikawa scored a birdie to win for the first time in three years since December 2019, and for the 18th time on the tour.



This is the third time for Ishikawa to win this tournament after winning in 2010 and 2012.

Hiroshi Iwata and Ryo Katsumata finished in 3rd place with a total of 7 under par, while Taika Semikawa, who started from the lead and turned professional in his second match, dropped 6 scores to finish in 8th place with a total of 4 under par.
