Henrik Lundqvist:

The absolute leading player in the New York Rangers for many years and at all levels and that also applies in Tre Kronor where he had a decisive role in the Olympic gold in 2006. Henrik is over time the best goalkeeper that Sweden has had.

Nicklas Lidström:

A complete back, both offensively and defensively and a game with weight.

Won the prize as the NHL's best defender on seven occasions and that really says it all.

Peter Forsberg:

He could play fine hockey with the hard game as well.

He both gave and received hits, especially in Colorado where he won two Stanley Cups.

A complete forward.
