It was during a training session in Idre earlier this week that Walter Wallberg was injured.
- He hurt himself in training, it was nothing remarkable really, he crashed as he has done many times before and hurt himself when he was going to receive himself with his hand.
He felt the damage immediately, says national team captain Lasse Fahlén.
How long the 22-year-old will be out is impossible to say at the moment, but the season opener in Finnish Ruka on December 3 is definitely in danger.
- It's an injury, but it doesn't ruin the season.
He can take it easy for a few weeks and we'll see what happens.
He is in very good shape and has done great training, says Fahlén.
