China News Service, Xinxiang, October 27th (Kan Li Chenghang) The Xinxiang WTT (World Table Tennis Professional League) World Cup finals kicked off in Xinxiang, Henan on the 27th. 31 famous table tennis players from China, Japan, Germany and other places competed. Japanese players Kasumi Ishikawa, Tomokazu Zhangmoto, and Mima Ito won the first three games.

  This competition is the "final battle" of this year's international table tennis event, and it is also the first time that the top event of the WTT World Table Tennis Federation will be held in Xinxiang, Henan, the hometown of Liu Guoliang, chairman of the Chinese Table Tennis Association.

The event consists of two events, men's and women's singles.

  In the opening match, Japan's Kasumi Ishikawa eliminated teammate Miyu Kihara 3-1 and won the first victory in the women's singles 1/8 final.

In the match between the two, after Kihara Miyu won the first game with 11-7, Ishikawa Kasumi won the game with 11-5, 11-4, 11-6 pulling three games in a row.

  After teammate Kasumi Ishikawa secured the first place in the quarterfinals of the women's singles, the men's singles "Sixteen to Eight" competition also kicked off. Japan's Tomoka Hiramoto and Germany's Francesca were successfully promoted 3-0. quarterfinals.

  Next, Zhang Benzhihe will compete with the winner between Lin Gaoyuan of China and Boer of Germany in the men's singles quarter-finals.

  In the third game of the first match day, Japanese player Mima Ito played against Portuguese Chinese veteran Fu Yu. The former swept the latter with an absolute advantage of 3-0 and advanced to the quarterfinals.

  In the fourth game, Chinese women's table tennis player Wang Manyu defeated Han Ying, a famous German Chinese chipper, 3-1, winning the first victory for Chinese players in this competition.

  In the match between the two, Han Ying took the lead to establish an advantage by cutting the ball. In the single-round multi-shot contest, Wang Manyu lost the first game after making many mistakes.

Afterwards, Wang Manyu made a quick adjustment and made three consecutive games, reversing and locking in the quarterfinals.

  According to the women's singles draw, Wang Manyu will face his old rival Ito Mima for the semi-finals.
