The Organizing Committee of the World Paddle Tennis Championship "Dubai 2022" announced yesterday the nomination of the DP World Group (DP World) as the main sponsor of the World Paddle Tennis Championship, the main tournament organized by the International Federation of the game every two years, and it starts in Dubai from the 31st of this month until the fifth From next November at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium.
The tournament, which has become its official name "DB World Paddle Tennis Championship - Dubai 2022", is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, and is organized by the Emirates Federation, in cooperation with the Department of Economy and Tourism In Dubai, and the Dubai Sports Council, the total prizes for this edition amount to 500,000 euros, for the first time in the history of the tournament.
