Guidetti thundered the ball into the far cross to make it 1-0.
In added time, Zachary Elbouzedi made it 2-0.
With the victory, AIK is fourth in the table on the same points, 44, as Kalmar.
Fifth place Hammarby stands on 43 points with one game less played.
For second-placed Helsingborg, the loss was heavy.
The team has five points ahead of Degerfors in the qualifying spot.
