An initiative to invite fans without tickets to enter Qatar during the World Cup

The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy announced the launch of the "Come with Me 1 + 3" initiative, which allows any fan from outside Qatar, who holds a Haya card using the ticket number of one of the Qatar 2022 World Cup matches, to invite three non-ticketed fans to enter Qatar, The tournament will be held from November 20 to December 18.

The applicant is required to be at least 18 years old, and all international fans who are not ticket holders of all ages benefit from the initiative, provided that the beneficiary holds a valid passport, noting that benefiting from this initiative is not available to residents of the State of Qatar, and is limited to coming from outside.


The committee said in a press statement: "The beneficiaries of the initiative must confirm their residence in Qatar during the tournament, with a non-refundable fee of 500 Qatari riyals, except for those under 12 years old."

To take advantage of the “Come with me 1 + 3” initiative and invite three fans who do not hold tickets to enter Qatar during the tournament;

The fan who is approved for the Haya pass must visit the Haya portal and choose “My Card”, then click on “Action” and select “Come on with Me”, to show him codes for three coupons, which he can send to three fans who are not ticket holders.

A fan who is looking to benefit from the “Come on with Me 1 + 3” initiative should visit the Haya portal to apply for the card, click on “Come on with Me Coupon” from the “Applicant Category”, enter the voucher code, and select “Verify My Coupon” Agree to the terms and then review the application before submitting it.

Following approval of the Haya Card application;

Each fan from outside the country will receive a permit via e-mail, allowing them to enter Qatar.

The Haya card is mandatory to enter the World Cup stadiums, along with the match ticket, and it also allows free use of public transportation throughout the tournament, in addition to benefiting from a number of discounts.

All fans must specify the place of residence in the Haya card application, whether booking through Qatar Accommodation Agency or through hotels, companies or other booking applications and sites.

It is noteworthy that the Qatar Accommodation Agency offers a wide range of accommodation options, including hotels, cruise ships, apartments and villas, and fan villages, at various prices starting from $80 per night per person in a double room.

The platform recently made a large number of housing units available for reservation, and more accommodations are scheduled to be launched for the World Cup fans over the coming weeks.
