What does a Bragdguld or a Jerring award really mean, when the passion for sport is the main thing?

Ten years after the Olympic silver in London, Lisa Nordén is charging for the WC in Ironman – four times longer than the Olympic distance she competed in before.

- If you do triathlons, you get asked if you have run Hawaii, and now I finally get the chance to run this legendary competition, says Lisa Nordén.

"Up at world level"

A lot has happened since she won her Olympic silver in London 2012. Sweden's best triathlete ever has, among other things, moved to Roslagen, which is now her center in the longer-distance effort.

Lisa Nordén was sixth in the last WC at Ironman, and now it's the countdown to classic Hawaii.

Four kilometers of swimming, 18 kilometers of cycling, as well as a marathon of 42 kilometers of running - all in upwards of nine hours.

- If I get everything done well, I'll be right up to world level.

It just felt like I was missing a single piece of the puzzle.

- It is perhaps a bit like a gambling addiction - the more you put into it, the more you have to keep putting in to get something back.

Are you thinking about a medal?

- It will be difficult to reach.

I would need a few more years to complete the marathon that is needed, she says.

In the clip below, Lisa Nordén answers three questions about the super talent Tilda Månsson:
