It was 11 a.m. this Friday when former PSG player Aminata Diallo, accompanied by her lawyers, left the Versailles Court of Appeal, free, after two more hours of hearing behind closed doors.

Indicted for "aggravated violence" in the case of the attack on her former PSG teammate Kheira Hamraoui, the player has seen her placement under judicial supervision confirmed.

Incarcerated for five days after his indictment, the 27-year-old French international was released from detention on September 21.

But the Versailles prosecutor's office, which had requested his placement in pre-trial detention, had appealed against this decision: it was therefore up to the investigating chamber to decide.

To get out of detention, Aminata Diallo had to pay a deposit of 30,000 euros.

Diallo will have to clock in every week at the police station

The judicial review initially pronounced by the judge of freedoms and detention provides that she lives with her father in Grenoble, her city of birth, with a weekly check-in at the police station and a ban on contact with players and the PSG club.

Considered to be the sponsor of Kheira Hamraoui's attack in November 2021 in Chatou (Yvelines), Aminata Diallo, prosecuted for aggravated violence and criminal association, denies any involvement in this case.

In addition to Diallo, five men suspected of having participated in the attack on the former Barcelonan have been indicted for the same facts.

Four of them designated Aminata Diallo as "the sponsor of the violence, intended to allow her to occupy the position of the victim during future competitions", according to the Versailles prosecutor's office.

One of these four men admitted having kicked, the other three said they had been present at the scene of the attack.

For its part, Paris Saint-Germain is a civil party in this case.
