Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, the formation of the Organizing Committee for the Padel Tennis World Championship, which will be hosted by Dubai from October 31 to November 5, has been approved at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium. In cooperation with the Dubai Sports Council and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.

The committee is chaired by Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, President of the Padel Tennis Federation, and includes in its membership Ismail Al Hashimi, Vice President, Khalifa Khoury, Nasser Al Rahma, Ahmed Al Khaja, as members, Hassan Al Mazrouei as Director of the Tournament, Issa Al Marzouqi as Deputy Tournament Director, and Abdul Karim Al Aref A member, and Awatif Al Suwaidi as a member.

Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum praised the efforts made by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and his sponsorship of the tournament, which reflects His Highness' continuous support for the game of padel tennis, which has achieved wide spread in the Emirates, thanks to His Highness's unlimited guidance and support.

In a press statement, Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum confirmed that the organizing committee will work around the clock to ensure the success of this global event, which is being held for the first time in Dubai, and mobilize all energies and capabilities in order to get it out in the best possible way, and in a way that befits the status of the UAE and Dubai's reputation as a center Global to host the biggest sporting events and major world championships.

Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum also praised the efforts of the Dubai Sports Council and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, and their cooperation to provide the ingredients for success for the tournament, and to the Dubai Duty Free for hosting the tournament, where eight stadiums will be equipped to host the competitions over six days, including the main stadium for the Souq.
