World number three Rafael Nadal flies home from London to Spain today.

His wife Maria Francisca Perello is expected to give birth to the couple's first child shortly.

The Spanish star is replaced by Britain's Cameron Norrie in tennis' Laver Cup, Europe meets the rest of the world.

After four matches it is 2–2, with Nadal playing in the last one.

For Roger Federer wanted his last match of a successful career to be one in which he formed a doubles pair with Nadal.

They lost to Frances Tiafoe and Jack Sock in tie-breaks in the third and deciding set.

And afterwards there was a tearful farewell.

- I'm so happy that I got through, the match was great, I couldn't be happier, says Roger Federer.

Federer is also replaced in the upcoming singles matches, the Italian Matteo Berretini taking his place.
