The former Roma player undergoes medical examinations in preparation for his joining the Sharjah team

Sharjah Club officially announced on its Twitter account the arrival of the former Roma defender Costas Manolas, as he began conducting medical examinations in preparation for his joining the team.

The Manolas deal is of great caliber for a great player with great experience and expertise and constitutes a great addition to the Sharjah team.

Manolas previously played for clubs, including the Italian Roma and Olympiacos and AEK Athens, the Greeks.

It is noteworthy that Manolas had previously been with his Sharjah colleague Miralem Pianets in Rome earlier in the 2016 season.

And Manolas, 31, who is good at playing as a central defender, will be the third foreigner to be signed by the club during the current summer transfers, after the former Barcelona stars, Paco Alcacer and Bosnian Miralem Pjanic.
