France, the holder of the World Cup and European Championship titles, entered a camp in preparation for the defense of its world and European titles.

While it occupies the last place in the first group in the European Championship, which includes, along with the French team, its Danish, Croatian and Austrian counterparts, the "roosters" fell into an easy World Cup group on paper that includes Denmark, Australia and Tunisia.

France will host Austria in the European Championship on Thursday, before traveling to Denmark next Sunday.

It is noteworthy that 12 players, including stars and pillars of the team, are absent from the French national team, and they are:
