Bayern Munich received a strong shock today, after French winger Kingsley Coman suffered an injury, to miss the match against Stuttgart tomorrow in the German Football League.
The injury comes days before the expected confrontation between Bayern and Barcelona in the second round of the group stage of the European Champions.
"Kingsley sustained an injury during training and is under examination now," Bayern Munich coach Julian Nagelsmann told a news conference.
Koeman is expected to be absent from the team until after the end of the international match calendar period this month.
Bayern Munich beat Inter Milan 2-0 in the Champions League last Wednesday, but it will host Stuttgart after drawing 1-1 in the last two matches in the league, but this does not worry Nagelsmann.
"We scored many goals in the first few matches, and we had many chances against Union Berlin and Borussia Moenchengladbach," Nagelsmann said.
Bayern Munich is in third place with 11 points after passing five stages of the competition.
