Oman and Jordan joined Saudi Arabia and the UAE in allowing holders of the "Haya" card, which is intended for fans coming to watch the 2022 World Cup, to enter their territories and grant them visas for several trips without the need for prior approvals.

The Sultanate of Oman announced that card holders would be granted a free multi-trip visa enhanced with the benefit of extraction on arrival and a validity period of up to 60 days, while allowing the family of the card holder to come with him.

This came in a press conference to announce the Sultanate's program accompanying the World Cup, which will be held from November 20 to December 18.

The program includes a number of events and recreational activities, and daily flights via Omani and Qatar Airways to and from Doha during the World Cup period.

The head of the program management, Azzan bin Qassim Al Busaidi, said that the Sultanate of Oman supports the efforts of the State of Qatar to make hosting the tournament a success through many areas of cooperation.

In turn, the Jordanian authorities decided to adopt the "Haya" card for the purposes of granting visas and for several trips without the need for prior approvals for all nationalities without exception to enter the country.

The spokesman for the Jordanian Ministry of Interior, Tariq Majali, said that the decision came to facilitate the procedures for the transfer of sports teams and fans during the World Cup in Qatar.

He explained that whoever holds a "Haya" card will be allowed to enter the territory of the Kingdom of Jordan, pointing out that there will be no exceptions for any Arab or foreign nationality.

He added that the decision would attract sports fans to Jordan to advance the tourism and economic sectors in the country.

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs had expressed the Kingdom's welcome to all holders of the "Haya" card, noting that it would allow the request for an entry visa to holders of this card.

In turn, the UAE announced a supportive welcome program to host “Haya” card holders, and the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship and Customs in the Emirates said that the program includes granting a visa to enter and reside in the UAE for a total period of up to 90 days from the date of issuance of this visa and reduce its fees to 100 dirhams only for the period Total is paid once.
