The reigning champions Dakarna did not get it right at all in the regular season and made it to the playoffs with the smallest possible margin.

But now it really seems like they've got things sorted out.

Heading into Tuesday night's quarter-final second leg against the Indians, they had eight points to their credit after winning the first game 49-41 and while the Kumla side had a theoretical chance to turn the tables, it was never close.

The drivers of the tires showed themselves from their best side and after a couple of early top fives it was more or less decided.

In the end, they won the game 51–39 and now the Lions await in the semis.

- It will be tough, they have put together a dream team and they were everyone's gold favorites this spring, so there will be something to bite into, says the Danish team manager Mikael Teurnberg to C More.

In the second quarter-final, Rospiggarna had a golden starting position against Västervik after the display last Tuesday when they won with a crushing 59-31.

However, Västervik showed proof of both fighting spirit and skill tonight, but even though they won 49-41, it never turned into a match.

In the semi-finals, the Rospiggars have to take on the regular series sovereign Smederna - despite the fact that they placed better than the Dackarna in the regular series.

As series winners, the Smeders are free to choose their semi-final opponents first, and they therefore chose the Rospiggars.
