Silver for Sweden at the sailing WC in Canada

The Swedes never caught up with Dutch leaders Odile van Aanholt and Annette Duetz, but maintained their second place through Monday's medal race.

They finished 21 points (134) behind gold medalists from the Netherlands (113).

For Vilma Bobeck and Rebecca Netzler, who have only been sailing together for barely a year, the silver was their first WC medal together.

The Spanish duo Tamara Echegoyen and Paula Barcelo finished in bronze.
