After the outing against Canada, Japan awaits next for the Women's Crowns, a match you can see on SVT Play at 16:00 today.

The match is part of a kind of mini-tournament between the teams that went to the quarter-finals - where the winner takes fifth place in the World Cup and qualifies for the A group in the upcoming World Cup.

An opportunity that Maria Rooth wants the Swedes to really go for.

- It's a great time to get a really good end to the tournament.

They have done an approved championship so far and now have the opportunity to do something really good, she says.

How important is it for Swedish ice hockey that they progress and take fifth place?

- It is incredibly important.

Now you have the world's chance to meet the very best nations.

It is meetings with the best teams that make one develop.

It puts more pressure on the players, and makes them understand what it takes to be the best, says Rooth.

What chances does Sweden have against Japan?

- Japan has been better in recent years, but Sweden absolutely has the opportunity here.

If you can remove Shiga Akane who is the biggest threat, they can fix it.

Sweden beat a bit of a disadvantage, and then they are usually at their best.

The second placement match is played between Finland and Hungary at 12:00, where the winner will therefore face either Japan or Sweden.
