"Dubai Horse Racing" and "Dubai Equestrian" Receive "Great Place to Work" accreditation

Dubai Racing Club has been awarded the "Great Place to Work" accreditation, after a survey of employees conducted last May by the Great Place to Work Certification, which specializes in this field, becoming the first horse racing organization to receive this recognition, which highlights the institutions Which is one of the best environments to work.

The same achievement was also won by the Dubai Equestrian Club and Zabeel Feed Factory, in a triple achievement for these institutions under one administrative umbrella.

The achievement was announced and the three certificates were handed over at a ceremony held at the Meydan Hotel in Dubai. 

Major General Dr. Muhammad Issa Al-Adb, Board Member and Director General of Dubai Racing Club and Dubai Equestrian Club, said: “We are doubly happy that our three institutions have simultaneously been approved for a great place to work. The Board of Directors of the Dubai Racing Club and the Dubai Equestrian Club invest in and maintain the human resource while providing the best for all employees regardless of genders, races and cultures, especially what is characterized by the clubs of a mixed and homogeneous work environment of different nationalities.

Ibrahim Moghrebel, Director General of the Great Place to Work Certification Foundation, who presented the certificates of appreciation, said, "This achievement is difficult to achieve, as many institutions want to do so, but the evaluation determines the final result, and the institution's final rate must be 64.5% or higher to get a score."
