President Jean-Michel Aulas described this extension as "a very important event".
“We are more likely to win games with Rayan than without him in the years to come.
He is still very young and still has a lot to learn.
You have to have a vision with height in relation to the project that you are registering with him in the medium term, ”said Bruno Cheyrou, director of recruitment.
Only 9 games played in full
Since his professional debut in the 2018-2019 season, the U23 international striker has participated in 65 matches (including 50 in Ligue 1) for nine goals (one in L1), seventeen during which he was aligned with the kickoff for only nine played in full.
“It was important to continue in the club of my city, my heart club where I have not yet done everything I want to do.
I come back from injury.
I hope to be able to play as many games as possible this season to prove that I have my place at OL,” commented the player.
