The winner of the meeting will face the winner of the match between Hjörring and Bundesliga team Frankfurt.

- Frankfurt are very strong.

They have a lot of national team players, especially from Austria.

At the same time, they have lost their goalkeeper now to Wolfsburg.

Obviously, there are advantages to facing these teams that have fall-spring seasons.

Because there can be quite a lot of changes in the squads now during August and September, says Mia Carlsson.

The team that emerges victorious from the mini-tournament can finish the qualification in September through play off matches in the best of two, the opposition is drawn on the first of September.

Rosengård and Häcken are already ready for the playoff game as they finished in first and second place in last year's women's league.

Shapely Kristianstad

Kristianstad is currently second in the women's league on the same points as first-place Rosengård, but the second-place team has played two more games than the first-placed team.

It has been nine straight wins for KDFF.

A team that only a few years ago was threatened with both relegation and bankruptcy.

- I think it is because we have grown organizationally.

We may have always had quite strong squads but all around we have grown as a club, both on the youth side but also organizationally with sports, club manager and medical team.

Money has been put around instead of on the playing squad.

You notice it in our uploads and that everything has become so much more professional, says Mia Carlsson.
