Sharjah Club announced, the day before yesterday, its official contract with Spanish striker Paco Alcacer (28 years), in a high-caliber deal, coming from Spanish club Villarreal.
Alcacer's deal is the first for foreign players in Sharjah, after the departure of the Uzbek Shukurov, while the Sharjah Club did not reveal in its official statement in this regard the duration of the contract with the player.
Alcacer considered in a press statement to the official website of the Sharjah Club, after signing the contract, that "playing with Sharjah is a different and new challenge for him, compared to his career and his previous experience in European clubs."
Alcacer has a distinguished European experience, having previously played for Barcelona in the 2016 season, along with all of the former Barcelona stars: Argentine Lionel Messi, Uruguayan Luis Suarez, and Brazilian Neymar.
