After five games in the JVM, Sweden has found it difficult to create offensively, even against weaker teams on paper.

In the quarter-final against Latvia, the decision came 2-1 with ten minutes remaining.

And the fact that Sweden does not create so many scoring chances, SVT Sports expert Jonas Andersson thinks, is due to the playing system, and not the squad.

- I think Sweden can play better with this squad, I think so.

But Sweden has a game system and a way of playing that means they are no better than this.

It's pretty straightforward, he says.

And the fact that it is a game system where Sweden, despite several creative talents, does not manage to create a functioning offensive means that Jonas Andersson wants to see a change.

"It's not developmental"

- I'm not a huge fan of this.

And Montén has said himself, which I don't like, that we won't win by more than a few goals, because we play defensively.

Is that what Sweden should stand for?

I hope it's not like that for too long.

It is not developmental.

Sweden should be able to be with the best nations and challenge and play in a better way.

Now the opposition will be even tougher in a semi-final.

But Andersson still believes that the Swedish team can win.

- I think Sweden is better than this.

This game is made for slightly better opposition where Sweden gets to do what Latvia did in the quarter finals.

Sweden can win against the USA, Canada and Finland by playing a defensive ice hockey.

But have not shown that they can play games and do what we have seen in previous JVM where Sweden played good ice hockey, I have not seen that at this point.
