Al Wasl Football Company announced yesterday that the club has signed financial midfielder Siaka Sidibe in a free transfer deal, provided that he is registered in the “resident” category.

The player appeared in the last "Emperor" training in Dubai, before the deal was officially announced, as he underwent medical tests and judged his level once and for all.

Al-Wasl team, under the supervision of Argentine coach Pizzi, continues its daily training at Zabeel Stadium, as part of the third and final stage of the preparations for the start of the new football season.

Al-Wasl was keen on the club’s official platforms on social media, and on a daily basis, to put pictures and videos of the team’s evening training, which showed the enthusiasm of the “Emperor” players, which was reinforced by high-caliber deals with the ambition to restore the titles absent from the club’s coffers since the league and cup duo in the 2006-2007 season. Most notably, the Emirati football star Omar Abdulrahman (Amouri) joined the team last June from Shabab Al-Ahly Club.
