The Professional League adopts the “club licensing” amendments

Yesterday morning, the UAE Professional League held a club licensing workshop, in preparation for the launch of the 2023-2024 licensing cycle, using a remote video calling system.

The workshop, in which licensing and financial officials in professional clubs participated, witnessed amendments to the beginning of the course, as it was decided to start in August and end in May of the following year, so that documents are uploaded through the electronic licensing system CLAS, starting in August, and the amendments were also witnessed in the regulations Club licenses for the 2023-2024 licensing season are limited to the Asian license, and the date of issuance of the license has been changed, so that it became during May.

Stuart Larman, Director of the Club Development and Licensing Department in the Association, reviewed the development projects related to licenses, which aim to improve the work system, in line with international best practices.

In turn, Abdullah Mubarak, Senior Club Licensing Officer in the League, presented the most prominent amendments to the licensing regulations in the new session, and the timetable for submitting the required documents.
