French MMA fighter Taylor Lapilus, who was not retained by the UFC in 2016, has again signed up with the American organization and will fight on September 3 at the big UFC party in Paris.

Taylor Lapilus will face the German Khalid Taha at the Accor Arena for the first event in France of the UFC, the largest MMA league in the world.

If someone had told me that when I started MMA, not sure I would have believed
it," Taylor Lapilus said.

I am participating in a moment in history.
It's the first big UFC event in France, and I'm on the map in a legendary room.
I couldn't have dreamed of a better return
," he added.
Taylor Lapilus' father practiced boxing and his older brother had a taste of martial arts.

Taylor Lapilus, who has practiced Thai boxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, among other things, first signed with the UFC in 2014 but, unexpectedly, his contract was not renewed at the end of the four fights scheduled.
His return to the American organization "

," said the 30-year-old fighter.

My goal now is to establish myself in the UFC for a long time, win and climb the

and do all the rest of my career in the UFC.

Despite a record of three wins for one defeat in the company, the Frenchman, a welder by profession, had to leave to go "perform" elsewhere.
In the other organizations in which he passed, "Double Impact", his stage name, the resident of the MMA Factory chained the victories before being recalled by the largest MMA organization in the world.
