16-year-old William Trulsson took the SM gold in 200 meters: "What a run!"

MAI runner Wiliam Trulsson, only 16 years old, only started running 200 meters last year and was then noted for 23.06 as the best.

This year, Trulsson, who broke his knee a couple of years ago, has had a rocket-like development and lowered his personal best to 20.92 - and today he won SM gold in his first SM final with a winning time of 20.95.

- Actually, I came here to hopefully beat "pers" and have fun, but I'm not complaining about a gold medal, he says with a smile to SVT Sport.
