The joy of the first victory in the English Premier League (EPL) 2022-2023 season belonged to Arsenal.
Arsenal won 2-0 in the first round of the 2022-2023 EPL season against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park in London, England on the morning of the 6th (Korean time).
In the 20th minute of the first half, Gabrieu Martinelli scored the opening goal with a header to become the league's top scorer this season, giving Arsenal victory.
Arsenal, with starting players such as Gabrieu Jejus and Oleksandr Zinchenko, acquired in the transfer window this summer, pushed their opponents from the beginning of the match.
In the 10th minute of the first half, Zinchenko's threatening left-footed shot was blocked by goalkeeper Vicente Guaita, but 10 minutes later, from a set-piece situation, the 'opening goal' was eventually created.
