Football fans will soon be back in France's stadiums.

Ligue 1, version 2022-2023, begins this Friday evening with a first poster between Lyon and AC Ajaccio.

Something to delight the many enthusiasts that Europe 1 met in Angers.

In the club's official shop in the city center, Louis prints the name of Angers striker, Sofiane Boufal, on many shirts.

"You have to place the flocking, then you put it on and the magic happens".

The operation only takes about fifteen seconds.

"There you go, he's ready for the season," proudly says Louis.

“I am extremely in a hurry”

A new season which starts this Friday, therefore, even if the Angevin supporters will have to wait until Sunday and the reception of neighboring FC Nantes.

For Gaël, the important thing is not just the three points of victory: "A derby is not played, it is won. We will smash everything and we will equip ourselves a little bit".

The store, Noé, is not ready to enter it even if the young man is still eager to see the championship resume in his city: "Me, I am extremely in a hurry there, I am waiting", admits- he, Real Madrid jersey on his back: "I'm more like Real".

A form of tribute to Raymond Kopa, the 1958 Ballon d'Or, former glory of the Madrid club but who started at SCO Angers.

The "Angevin slab"

Raymond Kopa is also the new name of the Stade d'Angers.

An enclosure that Fayçal is impatient to find: "Ah clearly, I am in a hurry for it to start again. There, we can win, we have everything we need".

Angers, which especially has the slab, the famous Angevin slab, the one that whets Josué's appetite: "It means that we want to win at all costs, that we want to eat Ligue 1".

The SCO of Angers will however have to fight more than usual to keep their place in the elite.

At the end of the season, four clubs will descend to Ligue 2.
