Oliver was 1.7 seconds behind superior WC leader Kalle Rovanperä.

Solberg set the time in his third pass of the 4.48 km stretch.

However, it could have ended badly for Oliver who scored in his first attempt (see clip in the player above).

Ahead of the World Rally Championship in Finland, SVT's expert Jonas Kruse thinks that Oliver Solberg has had a rough time with a troublesome car, confusion in the team and his own mistakes.

- Oliver needs a problem-free rally to be able to build confidence, focus on driving, find the feeling and get up to speed, says Kruse and adds:

- We must remember that the car is not competitive.

Teammates Ott Tänak and Thierry Neuville are also struggling to get up to speed and the right feeling in the car.

But Jonas Kruse does not write off Oliver Solberg, who is driving the Finnish World Rally Championship for the second time, from achieving a good result.

- But it is required that he has full confidence in the car on the challenging roads.

He really needs a good result to get the right moment in his career again.
