One way for Solberg is to choose when it is suitable to drive the gas at the bottom - and when it is better to drive a little more calmly to reach the finish line without problems.

- I have to choose the stretches where the car works best and there is the least risk of driving at my pace.

Solberg has shown on several stages during the season, not least in Estonia, that he has the speed in him.

But it has been uneven, which has meant that it has not fallen in as many WC points as he wanted.

And now he wants to prove, above all to himself, that he can do better.

- You want to get a good result, and it hasn't happened this year.

I know the speed is there.

But it's about getting everything together, and that's what's tough.

There has been a lot of adversity and otherwise I haven't had the momentum.

Of course you want to prove yourself.

They (the team) know that the speed is there, so there is no pressure there.

But I would like to achieve a good result for myself.
