Mikael Ymer has attracted a lot of attention lately after his Zlatan comparison.

At Wimbledon, in late June, he made it to the second round where 13th-ranked Jannik Sinner proved too difficult.

Last night he added another scalp to his collection as he defeated former world number one Andy Murray to advance to the second round of the ATP tournament, 7–6, 4–6, 6–1.

A match with a lot of drama that lasted two hours and fifty minutes.

In the first set, the Swede saved four set points and Murray at one point threw his racket in frustration.

- It is obviously a disappointment.

I thought it was good tennis in the first set.

After that, we both had to fight physically, says Murray, who is ranked 50th in the world.

In the next round awaits the Russian Aslan Karatsev, ranked 36th in the world.

It is notable that Ymer fell outside the top 100 list in the world ranking.

Brother Elias is only twelve places behind on the latest list.
