The whole stage of the stage is 155 kilometers, with 2 sprint points on the way, 1 grade 1 climbing point (3505 meters above sea level), and 1 grade 3 climbing point (3694 meters above sea level).
Shen Yutao, a teenager from the Li Ning Star Intercontinental Team, won the stage championship.
The starting point of this stage is Gonghe County, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province. The county is located in the northeast of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the south bank of Qinghai Lake.
