Kikuchi, who started the final round in the lead, went around with four birdies and one bogey, increased his score by three, and won the championship with a total of 20 under.
Kikuchi is the fifth win on the tour.
Kana Mikashima came in second with a one-stroke difference, Sakura Koiwai was third with a one-stroke difference, and Miyu Yamashita, the top prize ranking player, was fifth with a total of 13 under.
