Visiting Elfsborg started strongly and got off to a great start in the away match with Molde.

It only took 14 minutes - then Elfsborg were in the lead.

Per Frick came forward in a counter attack and served Rasmus Alm who sent in 1-0 with the outside side.

But then a total nightmare awaited Elfsborg.

In the second half, Molde came alive and equalized through Markus Andre Kaasa.

Just six minutes later it was time again when Kristoffer Haugen stayed in front and pushed in a rebound to make it 2-1.

The Norwegian pressure continued and after the hour Emil Breivik reached the top of the ball when he headed in the home team's third goal.

With ten minutes left to play, the day in blue and white received a penalty which Sivert Mannsverk managed well.

He put 4-1 – which were also the final numbers.

In the final minutes, a big fight also broke out and Elfsborg's Emmanuel Boateng was sent off after punching Benjamin Tiedemann Hansen in the neck.

He was then seen really annoyed when he stepped off after the red card.

The second leg will be played on July 28.
