The 35-year-old had the best start and then held off when Shericka Jackson snatched the silver and Olympic champion Elaine Thompson-Herah fixed the bronze in the Jamaican Grand Slam.
Fraser-Pryce finished second in the Olympic final last year but once again showed who is the best.
